Windows 10 -- configured identity is incorrect - Microsoft Community

i have been having ongoing battle windows 10.  first the  desktop no accessible -- access denied problem.  tried many of suggested fixes.  none seemed work.  times needed cold boot system 6 times not see error.

not sure did no longer error.  jinxeed myself now.

the second error happening @ same time configured idenity incorrect error.  tried many of suggested

fixes.  sometimes, multiple logon work.  appears work around login regular id, error, switch user administrator, login-- no ptoblem.  switch user regular id , error not there andmy desktop

image there.  every time not see desltop background image have config error.

i running out of ideas.  have many applications associated regular id, not keep start user.  current

question how trouble shoot, track & isolate config problem.  not happen in safe mode.  there tools track bootup --  log process , analyize results.

win 10 ver 10.0.14393.

have tried creating new user profile windows 10, , see if result same? can profile using corrupted of sort.

if did not, try , see result. here's how create new user profile, in case didn't know:

you can add microsoft account in new local profile if working perfectly.
