Windows 10 Creators update, console nearly hangs - Microsoft Community


after updating win10  x64 home, noticed sys seems hung @ times. seems due connecting more 1 cmd in shell (cmd, or tcc/le 14). when pipe or '&" connects 2 cmds, console can appear freeze. worse access other apps can severely impeded. eventually, whatever logjam going on, clears.

console seems common denominator of shells tried. doubtless 'feature' of console involved, old geek, have little patience working through such tangled interactions more ...

for further isolate issue experiencing, kindly respond questions below:

  1. are connecting computer using command prompt?
  2. does issue occurs when connecting 2 command prompts?
  3. what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  4. besides update creator's update, there other software or hardware changes made device prior issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
