WIndows 10 temporary account - Microsoft Community


originally signed laptop , signed me temporary account. tried fix following video found on youtube. didnt work , when went sign in account name changed old name using , documents gone....no downloads no nothing.

that's video followed. please there can fix it?? there way undo of it?? 

all of user account folders should under c:\users. if account administrator account, should able take ownership of files , folders other account folders there.

first, in settings - accounts see if account type administrator type account or not. there should @ least 1 administrator account on computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
