Windows 10 Update causing several serious problems - Microsoft Community

hello community.

this recent comprehensive set of updates windows 10 has wrought havoc system. 

firstly has doubled email accounts in ms mail & people app - had 4 mail accounts different addresses, have eight- 2 of each. if delete them , re-add them upon restart again doubled.

secondly have lost control of volume out. have hdmi out connection 2.1 sound set , volume controls no longer function can have maximum level or mute, that's it. example - play mp3 music file groove music app , bam it's super loud. adjusting volume level in app ineffective except 0 mutes audio output. adjusting level the system volume control in bottom right of screen same no effect except zero. case audible audio book app, internet radio streaming, spotify , video playback.

thirdly have serious issues video playback. play videos acg media player app or ms movies & tv media player. both of these apps now. 90% of video files of format not play, app launch screen black , nothing happens. alternatively there video playback there no volume control described in previous issue.. seems phone recorded video files thing can watch anymore.

my initial reaction solve these issues uninstall recent updates (through settings). appeared remove update files did not resolve of issues @ all. naturally ran full virus , malware scan found nothing. opted system restore previous point (i chose 1 before initial update) , magically running smoothly again. logically seem issue update. have made no other additions, installations or changes either software or hardware.

as no doubt aware not in fact solve problem every day updates reinstall , have no way of stopping them. recourse spend 40 minutes every morning doing system restore... surely must able resolved because tiring rapidly of burden , not prepared continue doing longer.

i have no idea try next. no expert have average decent comprehension of how things work. suggestions welcome , thank in advance them.
