Windows update gives me a lot of problems - Microsoft Community


i need help!

a few weeks ago laptop got update. came out of nowhere. after update noticed annoying problems, office 365 apps freeze , crash. won't startup , freeze after clicked on them open. looked if there problem normal.dotm file didn't solve it. reinstalled office 365 twice , reinstalled windows 10, problem still isn't solved! 

also, laptop sort of blocks antiviruses! had installed avg stopped working installed norton, nope, didn't work either. freeze when open them. checked laptop on malware , viruses didn't find anything. 

i stuck right , don't know do! laptop infected or windows update?

to concern, please provide answer question:

  • when reinstall windows 10, running on 1607 or creators update 1703 build?

for office 365, suggest running system file checker determine if there's corrupted files on pc preventing running app. here's link on how run system file checker.

as anti-virus software have, suggest checking website updated driver compatible current windows update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
