 when "sign in m/s a/c instead" , enter email address , password, told "enter current windows password 1 last time"

however each time re-enter password, rejected.

how avoid rejection?

  • what program or app trying sign in?
  • does happen on specific app only?
  • is microsoft account administrator user on computer?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
