Can only boot in safe mode after Windows 10 update - Microsoft Community


my desktop updated windows 10 fine more recent update around spring 2016 1 made computer not progress boot correctly.  can boot in safe mode can't earlier reset point.  i've saved files off computer in safe mode year.  i'm ready start in windows 7 scratch unless there way fix it.  windows advanced options repair utility option didn't function.

when try normal boot in windows windows 10 symbol trailing circle of dots screen goes blank nothingness.  , safemode networking won't let me on internet or other computers on private network.

if can boot in safe mode that's indication program trying start windows interfering windows' ability boot.

open task manager , go startup tab. there see listing of programs trying start windows. disable them all, enable one, reboot, enable another, reboot ... until identify program preventing windows booting. (there may more one.)

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
