thank posting on microsoft community. appreciate interest in windows 10.

use onscreen keyboard and enter password login windows. before pressing enter, click on reveal password symbol present right next password entered , check if characters entered correct.

if characters entered correct , not able login pc, change password following link , check if able login pc.

hi, had same problem , sure password correct able login hotmail account on browser. anyway reset password had suggested abuhirra , tried again login windows 10 on my surface pro 3 , still not log me account instead allows me use temporary profile. know password correct because in temporary profile log out , able login using password. goes in to the temporary profile. this weird. there must bug in there. please need original profile back.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
