creators update build 15063.296 start menu settings - Microsoft Community


running win 10 pro. ssd os drive, ssd data drive.

i updated last night.  when left click start menu flashes not open.

right clicked start button.

went start settings , set "show apps in start menu",  "show added apps", , "show opened apps"  "on". change menu item themes or else left drop down  menu, return start settings , changes have been nullified.

i cannot settings remain changed.

very aggravating trying installed apps.

please assist

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
