i installed creators update (windows 10 build 15063) iso available microsoft. seems work fine afterwards windows 10 fonts changed default size. have vision issues. before update, i'd go control panel/display , there option @ bottom "change text size" , choose font size title bars, message boxes, menus, palette titles, icons , tooltips. after update, "change text size" no longer appears under display. there change scale option increase size percentage. existed before, changing text size better option, magnifier creates blurriness, @ least vision impairment, isn't there when increased text size. there still way option?
if not, perhaps moderator reroute post windows 10 feedback board, hope they'll restore option.
