Registry entry; safe or not - Microsoft Community


anti-malware/trojan programs indicate registry entry "hkey_current_user\software\win\system" "pup" , dangerous. after or delete it, appears again (not immediatly). program puts entry in registry , why? dangerous? needed windows operating system? should ignore it?

there several factors cause issue. know more, ask following questions in resolving issue:

  • were there installation or downloads made before issue occurred?
  • have done full scan using antivirus software?

we suggest full scan in pc using antivirus software or windows defender check error. can check programs in computer check programs installed not aware of. kindly follow steps below this:

  1. from start menu, type control panel in search bar, enter.
  2. go programs menu.
  3. click on programs , features show list of software installed in computer.

kindly check if there programs installed didn't authorized.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
