Start Bar and Notification Bar Won't Work - Microsoft Community

works after restart when try later on don't work.  started after updated system earlier week.

i have had issue extent.  not bad though , used encompass cortana too.

i may have resolved issue.  continued search of internet , found:

1. right click on start button , select "run"
2. type "regedit"
3. navigate hkey_current_user>software>microsoft>windows>currentversion>explorer>advance
4. create new dword (32-bit) value, call "enablexamlstartmenu"
5. restart explorer​ task manager.

i have not restarted desktop pc yet start button , notification center button work.
