Starting Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


when start laptop shows first screen picture on, when left click mouse goes microsoft sign in screen. shows 3/4 icons in lower right hand corner of screen, if select power icon , restart option, first screen picture on , when left click mouse microsoft sign in sheet , can carry on normally. can problem if temporarily close laptop lid down doesn't seem consistent. taking long time load , close laptop.  i tried unloading , reloading avg anti virus , seemed sort out long delays in loading , unloading.  i'm considering unloading avg again see if solves sign in problem.

i had problem making windows 7 backup on 16 november 2016 when stopped part way through saying there problem toshiba external disk drive. scanned disk drive , ok.  about same time above problem started if take backup making copy of system problem.

can help?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
