Strange username appeared and can't login - Microsoft Community


started laptop evening , instead of username showing "gabby bloom". have owned laptop new. no options switch user. how change , log in??????

for better assist windows login concern, we'd clarify following:

  • do have user profile signed in pc?
  • have tried shut down/restart pc bring log in screen?
  • is switch user greyed out? if possible, please provide screenshot.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
