provider cogeco (canadian).  i can send , receive emails on webmail.  i can send emails on computer (although sent items box shows "nothing has arrived yet"  i send test messages , forth between hotmail acct , cogeco acct.     hotmail works fine on send , receive.  messages cogeco hotmail messages hotmail not cogeco.  i have deleted , installed account numerous times, including port numbers, changing password, not including port   numbers.  i have reset mail , calendar app ( intended uninstall , reinstall app, note said after feb 2017, clicking on reset button required).  i have run out of ideas.  any appreciated.

      - when did first encounter issue? 
- what last activity when issue happened? 
- any changes took place in computer before issue occurred? 
- is issue specific cogeco email or rest of email domain?
