WIN10 Security Center turned off every time I boot. - Microsoft Community


win10; sony vaio laptop; when boot message security center turned off. turn on , stays on,

until next time reboot.

what should fix this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
