Windows 10 Creator update: Detrimental to system performance - Microsoft Community


i have dell inspiron 15
i5-7300hq 2.5ghz
8gb ddr4 ram

gtx 1050


when got fresh box, performed well. no latency problems on digital audio workstations , frame rates on games.
when after mandatory update i'm having huge decline on performance. projects on daw used run smoothly on system barely plays, frame rates on games drops hard dead fly.
it's naturally infuriating , it's not natural hardware act way.

safe delete/uninstall updates?

we'd learn more concern, can determine best solution. can provide answer following questions:

  • are getting error messages?
  • do experience distortion on images or performance in program?
  • are developing program or website?
  • does issue occur user profiles?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
