Windows 10 OS doesn't load after BIOS - Microsoft Community

hi,

using original windows 7 home basic , upgraded windows 10 freely microsoft updates. though windows 10 not stable continued windows 10 without reverting windows 7, hoping microsoft make stable going forward. microsoft has failed , laptop dummy unusable.  lets come issue.

along micorsoft windows 10, had ubuntu 12.04 installed separate entity. windows 10 doesn't load. got windows 10 automatic repair screen. tried options there :

1. system repair : microsoft failed recover problem. far experience goes microsoft doesn't recover problems. :p
2. go previous build: did not work, since microsoft not find previous builds.
3. command prompt: ran following commands
        bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
        bootrec.ext /fixmbr
        bootrec.exe /fixboot

        chkdsk  command on disks.
but did not solve issue.  after doing check, stopped seeing ubuntu bootable option.
4. reset pc: after option, able boot windows 10. issue persisted once restarted system.

5. again tried resetting pc, dont see automatic repair blue screen too. see black screen after bios run.

microsoft how developed windows 10 , wanted people migrate many flaws. have purchased genuine windows , scared i've format hard disk , dont have genuine copy. atleast, reading post can issue , provide support fix issue.?

below pc detail:

pc model : lenovo z570

configuration :
