Windows 10 won't start - Microsoft Community


windows 10 got problem , won't start. put in rescue disk , change startup boots optical drive. whenever rescue disk menu appears, keyboard , mouse cease functioning (the power light of keyboard , mouse automatic off). because of this, cannot choose options appear on monitor. please notice that, before windows 10 or rescue disk start, power light of keyboard on , function, can press f2 or f10 bios or boots select page, , use keyboard select/modify bios page. didn't modification, test if keyboard function alright before windows 10 start. and keyboard , mouse cease function once windows 10 or rescue disk menu appear. know if has been encounter type of problem , know how solve it.

a corrupted recovery disc can cause issue. resolve problem, suggest repair pc using new installation usb or disc. create new installation media , use repair computer, follow steps below:

  1. on working pc, go microsoft software download website.
  2. download media creation tool , run it.
  3. select create installation media pc.
  4. choose language, edition, , architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).
  5. follow steps create installation media, , select finish.
  6. connect installation media created nonfunctional pc, , turn on.
  7. on initial setup screen, enter language , other preferences, , select next.
  8. select repair computer. able perform startup repair repair pc.
  9. on choose option screen, select troubleshoot > advanced options > startup repair.
  10. you can use installation media start pc in safe mode or reset pc.

if using usb keyboard , mouse, recommend check usb settings in bios. refer motherboard manual or contact manufacturer proper configuration.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
