5 Win 10 1607 computers, only 1 doesnt work with Sync Settings - Microsoft Community


 have 5 computers, running win 10 1607 14393.546.  all 1 of them, sync settings work fine.  the 1 doesnt work surface book.  due unrelated issue, have since re-loaded windows 10 1607 scratch , fine, except sync settings issue on one.  its worked me on other devices, not on particular one.  

one other twist this. added wife's account , synced fine!  what wrong account on 1 pc?

i have since last post, upgraded insider build, didn't work.  since wiped out laptop , started clean install of windows 10.  appreciated.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
