BitLocker issue, Windows 10 Recovery, Multiple Drives, Possible MS - Microsoft Community

hi all,

my issues follows: have win10 pro machine uefi bios , 3 (physical) drives encrypted bitlocker.

when encrypting drives (some months ago) i made sure backup the recovery keys onto msft account (but didn't check recorded them correctly see further).

this week, possibly because of infamous win10 upgrade, ran following issue:

when booting, after correctly enter bitlocker password , got bsod following error:

your pc ran problem , needs restart... stop code: system thread exception not handled

the pc reboots, repeat process , following message asking me if want continue or go advance options

recovery

your pc couldn't start

a required device isn't connected or can't accesses.

error code: 0xc0000225

you'll need use recovery tools, ...

and gives me option press enter try again or press f8 start-up settings

when press f8, trying of 9 options there (safe mode, etc.), initial error above (system thread exception not handled).

so, formatted recovery usb , booted it, boots ok , whatever try (like reset pc) it asks me recovery key of hard drive has os installed on it.

i accessed msft account , amazement there 1 recovery key there (remember? have 3 encrypted drives on pc) , key id isn't matching pc asking during the recovery boot (my guess key on account of e: drive latest encrypted).

a few questions:

1. bug in how msft account handling bitlocker keys machine multiple drives?

2. there way recover drive above error?

3. why usb recovery asking recovery key , not bitlocker password?

4. there way generate recovery key pc know password (again, bitlocker password correct) , feed recovery process?

just note turned both home , business support line in country (israel) for the last few days , moved 1 agent no 1 able me , no 1 able refer 3rd level support bitlocker, last option post questions here - able tell me if 'doomed' or if there workaround.
