firewall - Microsoft Community


can not turn windows firewall on/off. pops notification saying not running , not running recommended settings. when click , try it,my laptops freezes awhile.my friend on other day , said made adjustments on system 32 page. not qiute sure pc running slower kicking me  internet/my network.it seems there more systems poppin when connect wi-fi on hidden network.if tem 32 problem how can restore part of program?if that's not it?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
