How to remove these "imprinted" icons from the windows - Microsoft Community


i have added screenshot of taskbar. since last few days, see these imprinted icons i'm not able click ( unpin them) or with. other icons when opened pop on them , have no issues. other icons after being pinned , unpinned not leave these impressions. can do? 

in picture, brighter icon of chrome can pinned , unpinned easily, lighter 1 cannot clicked. stays.

this happens if taskbar was not refreshed. can reset taskbar doing steps below:

1. press ctrl + shift + esc key open task manager.

2. on processes tab, windows explorer.

3. right-click windows explorer, click restart.

4. wait file explorer restart , see if taskbar starts working again.

let know if method works.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
