My Account (Sign In) - Microsoft Community


i found thread issue i'm having, (we can't sign account) solutions offered applied surface pro3.  i don't know is.  i don't  believe have it.

my laptop asus k501j-about 8 years old

my os windows 10 64 bit

i didn't try of offered solutions.

i message "we can't.." etc when restarting computer after malwarebytes scan.  i tried sign out option, got nothing.  then  took "dismiss" option , started on beginning.  had resign in gmail, facebook, bank accounts etc.

then happened again, hour ago after restarting pc after m-bytes scan.

any can give appreciated.

there no error message or number.  just pop-up says, "we cannot log account."  then signing out , in fix it.  that doesn't work.

the model number of asus have k501j, 8 years old.

the os windows 10 64 bit.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
