i spent $159 twice , ( believe $69) 2 times. all offered $$ guarantee if unable repair. none repaired , in each separate case, promised bootable os thise machines - had not discussed $ yet 2 had annual contracts. serviced level 2 supervisors when 1st 2 levels not fix after spending avg. of 2 1/2 hours on each machine. saw oif them run freeware versions of ccleaner , superanti-malyware. told them had tied using premium (paid) versions of these programs many more not detect malware though had told them not no 'virus" files can seen. rat infects programs, system files, breaks shortcuts w/ built in admin , corrupts registry keys, drivers, , boot partition mbr (they told me impossible. in 4 cases promised new bootable os disks which, though not solving problem according definition know, @ least attempt. got 1 call least arrogant of level 2 supes. asking me if had yet received bootable od disks. told "no' , had compassion apologize , promised make sure gort out following day using next day delivery @ n/c. never received anyone. called , told #1; 1 time $ service had been completed - lie admitted w/o telling me aside taking newly opened win. store in corte madera, ca. time malware had infected 12 pcs had owned because did not realize extent or nature of infection yet , home biz requires working pc. brought 12 msft corte madera, know far less - including store manager claimed level 6 tech, never heard of & told me fixed them (6 trips in carrying 2 pcs each time, rebooted in store & tried show issue still exited ( had restored of them earlier date , had reset 2, asked me make sure transferred pics/docs storage & didn't understand when told him main symptom unable sufficient perms. accessing them, hidden , further drive had been corrupted raw format. tried calling msft either getting $$ promised or minimally being sent 4 os disks (though kniow needed 12 infection had spread every new pc msft ignorance & lack of authority say, "i understand may feel frisutrating.

last wed tried 1 more time disks knowing msft tech take hours understand (if s/he @ all. each "tech" took 90 mins. of time & -against vocal , strong wishes- transferred me different dept.promising no **** take place & i'd least 4, perhaps 12 bootable installs of windows 109 64. of course techs aren't allowed make decisions when last tech wanted on pc "fix". refused , told him previoous rep had promised me transferring call give address send me whatever media necessary create bootable partition , os 10. of course not true, had re-explain again. still wouldn't send disks switched convo asking him if believed said true, agreed. asked him if thought msft lived promise in loin expired contracts. told me "you should have kept contracts active". asked him if @ $159/year if did not receive benefits explicitly stated, answered no. when summarized answers, asked him if aware of legal definition of "fraud". when explained, agreed msft had committed both fraud , conspiracy commit, agreed. told him transcript vetted attorney ensure correct, told, "beyond doubt". since occurrence in 2 states recommended contact fbi ftc, sec, & finra, emailed bod convos & asked them reply before going forward. no answer short msft since po'ed enough set whatever wheels in motion - including asking financial advisors if thought sec accusations built 6/30 close of fiscal year statements.

i'd considering shorting msft since i've asked brokers @ vanguard, fidelity, blackrock, etrade same questions. have sent motley fool, seeking alpha & cnbc. asking question if knew if price reflected in current pps of msft. sometime , somewhere.

kinda funny think rant going affect stock prices , has nothing headline. still entertaining though laugh.
