Putting win10 to hibernate after idling for 1hour - Microsoft Community

i'm using task scheduler setup job hibernating pc. works when trigger on schedule, not on idle! when set idle nothing!

windows 10 has option set computer hibernate after preferred length of time. here's how:

1. right-click start, select control panel.
   
2. choose large icons option view by drop down list found on upper-right part of control panel window.
   
3. locate click power options.
   
4. click change plan settings beside ticked plan under preferred plans. example: high performance
   
5. click change advanced power settings.
   
6. cascade sleep option, next hibernate after option.
   
7. click setting (minutes) type 60 minutes if want computer hibernate after hour.
   
8. click apply, ok.
