Taskbar disappearing (Windows 10 Pro, build 1607) - Microsoft Community


hello,

first of all, don't know sure if right place report bug/problem, after searching while, thought best place it.

i have 2 monitors. taskbar, on second monitor, slides down, , instantly pops again. have disabled "automatically hide taskbar in desktop/tablet mode", looks it's still trying hide, if know mean.

i have managed reproduce problem by:

1. opening taskbar on primary monitor.

2. clicking twice on start button on secondary monitor, start menu closes , reopens @ secondary monitor.

3. clicking anywhere except on start menu.

it's not big of deal, gets anoying on time.

what problem, , how fix this?

  • have tried performing clean boot , check if issue persists?
  • have tried restarting pc in safe mode networking?
  • have tried update computer's driver?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
