hi,

i have dell laptop 3 months old. got bsod message driver_state_power_failure. can please assist me in finding out root cause. lost important work related stuff , need fix problem not occur again.

any appreciated.

please download , run driver view , upload copy of report produces onedrive. report on drivers select edit, select followed file, save selected items. text file format please, html files less easy work with.

please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r, type msinfo32 , press enter key. select file, export , give file name noting located. files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here.
