Windows 10 error "the server procces could not be started because - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i'm desperately trying fix frustrating issue (one of many, since upgraded windows 10). after automatic update recently, no longer able access of apps or files in windows standard mode. when attempt open anything, message:

"the server procces not started because configured identity incorrect. check username , password"

within safe mode able access files , apps usual. (with obvious safe mode restrictions).

i've attempted several fixes this, including 1 outlined here:

and using comprehensive 'windows tweaking tool', no avail. whilst latter did seem resolve issue, after restart or 2 issue reappeared!

i need here, i'm losing live! 

in advance :-)

the issue might caused corrupted operating system files. suggest perform repair upgrade checking on this link , refer post andre da costa provided. resolve issue regard unusual behavior of built-in apps not working after upgraded windows 10.

we'll waiting update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
