Windows 10 Initial User Account Setup - Microsoft Community


i purchased new laptop grandchild windows 10 pre-installed.  during setup process, inadvertently entered grandchild's information initial user account (administrative privilege).  change account of adult, windows 10 allow me add new user accounts, not change profile of initial user account.  there way change initial user account of adult?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
