Windows 10 slow delayed or no notifications - Microsoft Community


in last few weeks times not every time the  windows notifications not appear or  slow appear, delay of ten minuites or more. if click on start notifications appear. know had problem when aniversary version first came out, running windows 10 home 1607. last time there windows patch update solved problem. have done system scans , no problems have come up. seems since last windows june update problem returned.

hi,

what latest update installed prior issue? in meantime, let's try eliminate software conflicts performing clean boot. applications , services start automatically , run in background can cause software conflicts. if problem doesn't occur in clean boot environment, issue might caused application or service interferences. may refer microsoft article more information on how can perform clean boot.

after have finished troubleshooting, follow steps provided in same article on how reset computer start normally.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
