wtouch_message_window is preventing shutting down - Microsoft Community


hi friends, upgraded windows 10 64 bits pro

but each time try restart or shut down pc message appears:

wtouch_message_window preventing shutting down

any ideas ?

we know if have tried troubleshooting steps resolve problem. suggest try using system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files. so, follow steps here.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
