despite having logged administrator, despite using windows 7 , hen old windows 10 version, had rthe opportunity run on windows10 family, version 1607 updated, os version 14393.953, have problem.

if so, login user , try accessing files.

if not, try creating new local user , change standard administrative user.

unforttunately, stated, logged administrator , despite trying create new administrator, file unable opened. 

i solved matter through backup: recalled saved file on ubs key. restarted whole system administrator, opened saved file , replaced old one.

noticeable: feel mess initiated change of w10 version.
