Bitlocker not asking for password set up - Microsoft Community

i upgraded windows 10 pro use bitlocker. not asking password setup. wondering how set up. viewed similar post instructs to enable "require additional authentication @ startup", , "allow advanced pins startup". cannot find option.

please note bitlocker works mitigation tool when data compromised. meaning, activate feature when there confirmed breach of device or pc decommissioned. more information bitlocker, can read article. can suggest level of security device, setup password hard disk. more information how set up, recommend getting in touch manufacturer of device or motherboard manufacturer if custom built pc.
