black brackets showing on the sides when full screen on vlc player - Microsoft Community


tried change settings in display settings changed normal way was, when watch video , go full screen on vlc player, shows black brackets @ side, didn't before, how change this?, running windows 10

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
