how scroll pictures in folder pinned start in windows 10

you cannot scroll images in folder on start menu, can open folder location clicking . . .

if want live tile, flipping through images, cannot done either. applications have live tile programmed way developer of application.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
