i think my friend installed bluetooth ftp on my computer - Microsoft Community

has this---- "manage data of obex ready device supports file transfer profile (ftp), using pc bluetooth. download, upload, browse, delete, create files , folders on target device easy, fast , straightforward .net app!" ---- on computer.  he has remote access computer , manipulates registry not able make administrative changes.  how remove stuff computer.  i accountant , have lot of clients personal finance stuff on computer.  i have no proof him if not have virus how can rid of this..... uses mobikin , lot of w3c xml , html documents , stored exif text on screenshots.  can upload original registry keys have no access system restore says restore failed.  i think has changed downloaded applications system applications.  what can do?

my task manager not load.  i not able access services menu.  i have tried go restore point when done says none of programs changed because unable restore.  the computer takes forever load.  i have 9 unnecessary start programs disable reenable them selves.  i have tried install different programs , says need approval administrator.  i try uninstall programs, there long delay , uninstallation not approved administrators.  i owner of computer , user.  i don't use guest accounts.   have these programs on computer running:
