have widows 10 , going send computer fixed , want remove password can access.

you can use local user account. create new local account kindly follow below given steps:

1. press windows + r key and type netplwiz and hit enter

2. click or tap on add.

3. click or tap on sign in without microsoft account.

4. click on local account and enter details (don’t give password).

5. click ok , sign out current account , sign new created account.
