Script file error - Microsoft Community


i'm having problems brand new pc there script file error can move mouse on black screen nothing on how fix , don't know if there way reset pic without having access on once sign in on black screen

to resolve issue, suggest start pc in safe mode sign-in screen. safe mode starts windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers. start in safe mode, refer following link: start pc in safe mode in windows 10.

once in safe mode, kindly use system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files. steps on how run system file checker tool, check following link: use system file checker tool.

if issue persists, check if able restore system restore point. option takes pc earlier point in time, called system restore point. restoring won’t affect personal files, remove apps, drivers, , updates installed after restore point made. follow steps below while in safe mode:


  1. right-click start button, , select control panel.
  2. search control panel for recovery.
  3. select recovery > open system restore > next.
  4. choose restore point, , select next > finish.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
