SOLVED --- Taskbar - custom toolbar - reloads with each use - why - Microsoft Community


win 10 (x64) 8gb, 2x 3.4ghz

i have toolbar folder have set taskbar->toolbars folder. has worked years. 

now reasons don't understand every time click on "toolbar >>" icon on taskbar takes minute items in toolbar folder load. loaded once or twice per day , it.

now every time. know why?

found problem!

one of shortcuts drive on machine no longer resides on network.

not sure why started cause problem machine has been off network considerable period of time

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
