Start Menu Not Responding - Microsoft Community


i have seen people talking start menu problem, solution ever see restart pc. 

i downloaded windows 10 when first came out, on new asus computer, , have had problem below ever since went windows 10.

this computer work computer, , stays on of week, should not big deal, apparently windows 10 is. can use computer days without ever needing start menu, when need it, , click on windows icon on bottom left, nothing happens. when click on circle (cortana) nothing happens. stops working period, can right click, , options, when click on search button, or other button in there, works, other times not. way fix restart computer. problem within next 8 hours, stop responding again. have patiently waited fixed update, have went through many, , nothing has fixed it. never had problem pc being on monday @ 8am friday @ 5pm windows 7. have yet find permanent fix, , feel may never fixed me @ point. have uninstalled kaspersky, many other programs, , nothing helps. company pc can't whole lot in terms of uninstalling programs, ones could, did. suggestions amazing, all.

hi, if company pc, why aren't asking section first?

if have had problem since windows 10 started. why haven't rectified earlier?

if using public release version of windows 10, why posting in beta testing site windows 10 insiders?

if copy title ( start menu not responding ) search @ top of page there lots of tips , suggestions simple fixes.

as first question, small business (3 office employees) 2 of in office involved in keeping computers running correctly, not problem can solved us. 

second question, answered above, said  "i have patiently waited fixed update, have went through many, , nothing has fixed it." i add have went through every single solution sounds enough try , none of them work @ all. why decided reach out.

 third question: searched report issues windows , after looking through quite few of results, , signing site able post, took me here, first time posting on here, little off.

i posted in wrong section, adding response person pointed me in right direction .

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
