Windows 10 crashes for updates on Windows 10 or Office 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 enterprise on asus laptop (less 6 months old). every time windows or office installs updates in background, pc crashes. when rebooting, 1 either sees tells, not  power off because windows updates being installed or 1 sees ms office 2016 got update.

why pc have crash when microsoft installs updates (as 1 can anyhow not stop updating)?

the updates installed (i.e. there no problem updates failing).

this crashing not obvious in  previous versions (e.g. windows 8 , ms office 2013).

today morning on 01-may-2017 crashed again; error video_scheduler_internal_error. , after restart visible in "installed programs", "microsoft office 365 proplus - en-us" installed/updated on 01-may-2017, i.e. previous crashes, same date in past when pc crashed , either there office update or windows update on same date (crashes happening in morning , there no other updates; crashes, when there no special activity side; i.e. few minutes not doing , blue screen).

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
