Windows 10 Creators Edition Restart/Shutdown option missing - Microsoft Community


after windows 10 creators edition installed overnight (without notice), option powering off computer "sign off".  the option restart or power off gone.  is there fix this?

did troubleshooting , did not work.  i able go previous windows 10 build , work. have set future feature updates until microsoft resolves these issues.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
