Windows 10 creators update fast startup issue - Microsoft Community


since updating creators update, if fast startup on, pc takes bit longer usual shut off.

when happens, post screen comes on graphical glitch after. have restart load windows.

if turn off fast startup, have no issues @ all.

anyone else experience this?

this issue occurs if there settings on computer affecting power usage. troubleshoot fast startup issue windows 10, suggest running power troubleshooter.

please post result further assistance.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
