Windows 10 error 0xc0000185 - Microsoft Community


hello everybody, 

so today when using laptop (asus n56vj), got bsod. computer restarted , got this:

how can problem solved? possibly without getting files lost.

it possible challenge having windows 10 crashing related installed drivers on computer. best perform clean boot on device following steps on link , check if issue still persists.

note performing clean boot won't delete files.

keep posted concern , we'll glad assist further.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
