Windows 10 - nothing is opening - Microsoft Community


hello, have new pc , installed windows 10. working fine 10 mins , restarted won't open in it. can click on start menu , bottom icons on task bar, however, won't display anything. can't go safe mode. appears it's different windows screen because before looked different , have trash can on desktop. how fix how was. currently, thing can turn pc off , on....

the issue you're having may connected corrupted files related start menu or may related corrupted profile account. isolate concern, we'd ask few questions:

  • have installed program before restarting device?
  • are able open or click inside start menu?
  • can remember changes you've made computer before restarting it?
  • can send photo of desktop?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
