i have windows 10 on pc bought it, still thinks it's windows 7 . had donate 1 because during process of upgrading removed bios password on both of old hp pc"s

the challenge experiencing windows 10 can occur due several reasons. better assist concern, kindly answer following questions:

  • where did see message saying still using windows10? getting error messages when opening program saying still using windows 7?
  • when did issue start? have made significant changes computer before issue started?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
