i downloaded windows 10 free upgrade , after install didnt , wanted go windows 7. had pasted time giving revert friend suggested reset factory settings , set laptop windows 7 did , broke laptop, not load windows got black screen. friend put ubuntu on laptop love windows back. ideas ???

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
