Windows 10 shows BSOD (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) while - Microsoft Community

my laptop works smoothly windows 10 pro, sometimes while watching videos on vlc media player, shows bsod (driver_irql_not_less_or_equal).

based on dump file have provided, looks getting bsod error code: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal because of corrupted file. resolve concern, suggest running chkdsk command line following these steps:

 

1.  type cmd in cortana search.

2.  right-click command prompt.

3.  select run administrator.

4.  type chkdsk /r.

5.  restart computer once chkdsk complete.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
