Windows 10 stopped working. - Microsoft Community


have dell xps windows 7, upgraded windows 10 ages ago.  recently using optispeed speed tasks while browsing.  i have no browsers.  windows 10 has disappeared... blue screen, gray showing desktop icons. start menu not functioning, tool bar gone. java may gone.  what do?

possible concern related corrupted system file. though have better view of this, kindly answer following questions:

  • when did concern started happening?
  • were there changes on computer before started happening?
  • were able create system restore point?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
